We are looking for 2 Maintenance workers to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and yard maintenance. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Responsibilities • Perform minor fixes • Install appliances and equipment. • Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc. • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, light plumbing repairs • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems. • Assist other departments when needed such as helping strip rooms of linen, folding laundry • Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner • Help the housekeepers with disinfecting rooms. Requirements • Must be able to work with or without supervision • Experience using hand and electrical tools. • Very good communication and people skills • Physical stamina and dexterity • Must wear professional attire according to this position
